Taylor is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian. Taylor helps her clients reach their full potential with their health goals.

We focus on fuelling our bodies for performance.

We eat and train to build muscle and confidence whilst nourishing our bodies.

Our focus is to move well, be active and to be strong instead of trying to burn calories or to look smaller than what we appear and depriving ourselves of adequate nutrition.
