Rose is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through adequate nutrition and engaging in physical activity, has been a mainstay of her existence.

Rose is passionate about simplifying nutrition into easy to digest information. She aspires to share her knowledge with you to inspire a healthy relationship with food, without feelings of guilt or restriction, whilst embarking on your own unique nutrition and performance journey.  Whilst she delivers generalist dietetic advice, she also has a strong interested and desire to work within the strength and conditioning sector of dietetics, in particular CrossFit.

With experience in customer service, the medical setting, and the food industry, Rose is passionate about applying a holistic, evidenced-based, and multi-disciplinary approach to nutrition and health. Her main aim is to individualise nutrition advice so that you can achieve your full potential through reaching your own personal goals.

In her spare time, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors and taking her beloved Labrador the beach. You can also find her baking until her heart is content in the kitchen, experimenting with new foods and creating recipes to share with the general public on her socials. Although Rose enjoyed playing many different sports growing up, she is now a daily gym devotee and life-long long-distance runner.

Rose is devoted to the profession and loves learning new things to continually broaden her knowledge. Through reading, watching podcasts, and engaging in professional webinars, she continually keeps up to date with the latest nutrition science and evidence, to better her practice as a health professional.

Rose’s philosophy is very much about inclusion and balance over restriction, which she believes is particularly important in developing a healthy relationship with food. She believes that all foods should fit as part of a healthy, balanced diet.
