Gabby Ward is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who has a passion for optimising health and carries this in her collaboration with clients. Gabby is currently involved in generalist dietetics, with a drive to support a variety of client’s ambitions. This is also combined with her particular interest in strength and conditioning, namely CrossFit.

Gabby completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She practices within a broad range of individualised consultancies, some of those including athletic (from recreational, every day, to elite); improvement of overall health; improvement of relationship’s with food; group educations; disease prevention and/or management; and those who want the performance ‘edge’. When Gabby talks about improving performance, this regards professional, family, longevity and athletic. Gabby values a multifaceted, holistic approach to nutrition care, as she understands the intricacies of nutrition.

Outside of work, Gabby is an every-day CrossFit athlete, a life-long netball player, enjoys time in the kitchen making nutritious AND delicious food, is a lover of all things coffee and is someone who appreciates the enjoyment of all foods. When not at work, or living the sweaty life, Gabby is regularly keeping up to date in all things in the nutritional, dietetic and sport science world. As a reflective Dietitian, she takes pride in constantly growing as a health professional.

With an understanding that no single approach is right for everyone, an evidence-based and scientific foundation is combined with a realistic, practical and client-based relationship. The focus of her individualised and personal nutrition advice is to facilitate an environment for behaviour change to help clients achieve and maintain their goals.
