Taylor is an esteemed Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian, renowned for her profound specialisation in sports performance nutrition. Her distinguished journey in the field is marked by extensive experience with athletes at all levels—from recreational enthusiasts to elite competitors—especially in CrossFit, powerlifting, and weightlifting. Taylor’s passion for performance nutrition stems from her experiences as a national competitor in Olympic weightlifting and as a CrossFit coach. This personal journey has afforded her a unique perspective on nutrition’s critical role in achieving optimal performance, enhancing body composition, preventing injuries, and facilitating recovery.

Taylor’s passion is unequivocally focused on fuelling ATHLETES, aiming to empower them to reach their full potential. Through comprehensive support and guidance, she ensures her clients achieve their goals, not only in physical achievements but also in fostering emotional resilience and well-being. Taylor believes in the art of intelligent eating, underscoring that any goal is attainable with hard work and dedication—be it weight loss or becoming the next Australian champion. Her mission is to help her clients become the best versions of themselves, embodying the conviction that the value of hard work is reflected in the magnitude of one’s achievements.

With over nine years of experience in Sports Dietetics, Taylor has established herself as Australia’s premier Sports Dietitian, particularly distinguished within the CrossFit community. Her unique contribution to the field includes preparing and delivering nutritionally optimised meals for athletes competing at The CrossFit Games. For the past five years, Taylor has taken a hands-on approach, cooking and weighing every meal to the gram to ensure it meets the exact nutritional requirements for optimal performance at the Games. This level of dedication and precision in sports nutrition has solidified her reputation as a leading expert and a pivotal figure in the success of many elite athletes.
