Her distinguished journey in the field is marked by extensive experience with athletes at all levels—from recreational enthusiasts to elite competitors—especially in CrossFit, powerlifting, and weightlifting. Taylor’s passion for performance nutrition stems from her experiences as a national competitor in Olympic weightlifting and as a CrossFit coach. This personal journey has afforded her a unique perspective on nutrition’s critical role in achieving optimal performance, enhancing body composition, preventing injuries, and facilitating recovery.
