Jonathan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who is passionate about combining science and common sense to set high yet achievable goals for his clients. With a special interest in strength and power sports, body recomposition and weight management, Jonathan endeavors to create a tailored approach and deliver measurable results.

Jonathan holds a Masters of Dietetic Studies (University of Queensland) and a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences (University of Queensland). He has since continued to build on this knowledge, predominantly through researching new developments in the fields of Dietetics and Sports Science to ensure the delivery of a high quality, evidence-based service.

First and foremost, Jonathan seeks to align his services with the unique background and goals of each client. Some strategies commonly used to help clients reach their goals are: eating for peak performance; making long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes; repairing or reworking your relationship with food; and lastly, bringing some creativity to meal plans so you have more to look forward to than chicken, broccoli and brown rice.
